Biography
James Ross has been leading Agile development teams for well over a decade and has long since stopped believing that Agile is the point. He has played consultant, architect and development manager roles at various organisations. His interests of late have been the Theory of Constraints, Systems Thinking and sustaining conversations with business people that the business people find interesting. James is currently CTO at Envato. He is the co-author of what he thinks is the only book that takes a test-driven approach to the teaching of fundamental computer algorithms. He hopes it’s not the only one because it’s not a very good idea 🙂
